Capella University is an accredited, online opportunity for Masters degree programs in business and information technology, along with graduate programs in business, information technology, education, human services, and psychology. Within those programs, there are 82 graduate and undergraduate specializations and 16 certificate programs. There are currently more than 17,900 students from all 50 states and 56 countries.
A new book titled Appreciative Coaching: “A Positive Process for Change” was Co-authored by, Sara Orem, PhD who is faculty member in Capella University’s School of Business and Technology, is also a principal of her own coaching company. Sara has presented programs in Appreciative Inquiry at the National Organization Development Network, and International Coach Federation annual conferences and currently resides in Oakland, California.
The other co-authors, Jacqueline Binkert, PhD is an executive coach who specializes in working with leaders and teams during times of change and the third co-author Ann Clancy, PhD is president of Clancy Consultants and has worked with community organizations, large corporations, and federal agencies. Appreciative Coaching is published by Jossey-Bass.
