Surf Charity... Do our part...

Read an interesting Interview in LSG on a newish Autosurf called SurfCharity, like the concept of giving to charity and i have read many of Pogi posts in MMG. I have done my part for charity and as it says it does not need every member put in hundreds of dollars , but if all members put in a few dollars each it will help....

Taken from the Homepage from MyGoldGenie:

This is the final update for MGG. The indictment publically announced on Friday 4/27 against Egold LTD by the United States Department of Justice effectively led to the confiscation of funds in 58 egold accounts belonging to respected exchanger services such as Icegold, Thebullionexchange, Denvergoldexchange and 1MDC which were relied upon by MGG for the outexchange of funds for safekeeping as a measure against possible hacking. A screenshot of these exchanges made on 4/21 and 4/23, days before the indictment was made public, can be viewedhere:

Details of the exchanges have been removed to protect funds in the event that they are possibly returned, if ever. The reason outexchange of funds still continues to a limited extent by some exchange services is because their cash is held offshore and was not locked entirely as happened to TheBullionExchange, which is based in the United States and had not only their egold accounts confiscated but also their bank funds frozen. This is EMO all over again. 1MDC is gone for good, and Icegold has stopped outexchanging egold for the time being as has LondonGoldExchange. You can refer to TBE site for their official statement: http://www.thebullionexchange.com And Icegold here: http://www.icegold.com

MGG was paying on time, every time until this indictment. Though efforts to establish info about status of funds now gone in exchanger accounts have been made, they are of no consequence. It is said that Egold outexchanged 13 million USD several days ago, and many are saying this was for funds locked in the affected exchangers old accounts that is now going all to the Feds. You can thank the Feds for this whole mess. As a result of these circumstances out of control, MGG is now closed. A relaunch was suggested but with the current uncertainty with egold it would not be wise to pursue. Everyone is cashing out while they can, from exchangers that can still honor outexchanges.

Other processors wont work for the HYIP arena. Ebullion handles finances through American banks and Alertpay is just waiting to be reviewed by the feds, so these options are not worth the potential trouble. MGG site will go offline in a few days with expiration of hosting service. I am sorry it came to this but there is nothing that was expected and everyone was caught off guard with egold concerns.

As i mentioned in yesterdays blog WiredSurf was having problems and now it seems they are with this update coming from the admin:

We have been struggling to continue business as usual despite the
problems with E-gold. Unfortunately, the current situation has caused it to
become impossible for us to function normally, as we are unable to fund
our E-gold or withdraw from E-gold into other investment pools. In
order to stabilize our program and ensure that we do NOT close down, we are
temporarily putting our program on hold which means:
1) No upgrades will be accepted
2) No payments will be issued (due to the inability to move our
currency)
3) No new signups will be accepted
This does NOT in any way mean that we are closing down. Every member
WILL be paid, we haven't fought this hard to go down so easily. But to
ensure that we are able to rise above this, we have to put everything on
hold until the situation with E-gold becomes clearer and our options
are once again available to us. Since Wired Surf relied exclusively on
E-gold, it has affected us in every way. We believe that E-gold.com will
get through these obstacles as they have before and those who use them,
like our program, will be able to continue business as usual.
Please, once again, do not think this means we are shutting our doors,
we are NOT doing any such thing. We are doing whatever we have to in
order to be able to restart as soon as E-gold's issues are resolved and
move forward. We appreciate everyone's patience as we (and other surf
programs) wait for the outcome of the current E-gold situation so we can
recover quickly and continue to grow.
We ask that members do not post "Not Paid" votes at this time as it is
a sign of a company being able to pay but doesn't. That is not the case
here. We are unable to pay out without being able to move E-gold, fund
E-gold or exchange E-gold.
Things will work themselves out, we all just have to be patient and
remain hopeful that these problems will not last long. Once again, thank
you for your support. We promise, we have a lot of ideas to implement
and a lot more ahead, we just have to get through this current situation
before that can be done.
