E-Gold replies....Generation12 Resets the Button

Secondly i like add the email from Generation12 , who be resetting there site after they temporary stopped payments while the egold saga was on going, this has been one of the most successful daily payout sites of 2007, See below for full story:

Here is what we have decided to do. With the help and input from our Members we have decided to issue refunds. Here is how this process will work. Each member will be able to view their profit and Refund from the members home page. Starting sometime tonight you will be able to request a cash out to your egold account for the refund amount. If you are in profit, you will not be able to request a refund. Here is how you can determine if you are in profit. Add all your deposits together. And then add you cash outs together. Subtract your deposits from your cash outs. If you have deposited more than you have cashed out you will be able to request a refund for the balance. If you have cashed out more than your deposits you are in profit and not qualified for a refund. Some time tonight there will be a cash out tab in the Members Menu. You may request your refund from there.

We are doing this so we can reset the program. Starting Thursday Generation12 will Re-launch. All cash out request for refunds should be processed by this time. All active Advertising will be set as Expired. You will keep any credits you have earned from deposits. For now Advertising Purchase and Deposits will be disabled. These functions will be reinstated on Thursday of this week. Please request your refund as soon as possible so we can get the refunds processed by Thursday. For our Members who do not wish to withdraw to egold, You will have the option to transfer your refund to your deposited cash. You may then purchase advertising and request a cashout to another processor when they are added. We have reviewed all support tickets and emails from members to reach this decision.

We will be adding Alertpay to our list of processors. This option should be available by Thursday. We are also looking to add two more processors. They should be available for deposit and cash out by early next week.

We believe egold will pull through this with no problem. That is why we are keeping them as a Processor. We have never had any problem with them in the past. However, we are taking precautions for the possibility there is a problem. The bulk of our funds will be kept in other processors and only the amount needed to cover cash out request will be in our egold accounts. Because of this we are making changes to our cash out system. When you view advertising, your earnings will be sent to your earnings cash balance. You will the be able to request a cashout from the balance twice a week. We would like to be able to process cash outs every day, but because of the movement of funds this will be difficult. When you request a cash out, it should be processed within 24 to 48 hrs. Depending on the time it takes to transfer funds. You will only be able to have one cashout request submitted at a time. There is no limit to when you request a cash out. You may wait until your !
active advertising has expired or you may request a cash out each time one is processed. The decision will be yours.

When you receive your refund, please vote at one of our monitors or post in the forum. This will let others know that the refunds are being issued.

This may be the first of many to reset the button as many members have held back over the last few days from investing and with growing payouts it will hit the admins , so always remember to play within your means.
